Intellectual Property:
No part of this website, its trademarks, design, style, technology, intellectual property, advertising, marketing, user accounts, videos, contents, or services may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, embedded, transmitted, broadcast, reverse engineered, transferred, exchanged, sold, rented, or shared with others including commercial and/or non-commercial use. User agrees that they will not create like products based upon EDULEARN intellectual property. User agrees to notify EDULEARN at [email protected] of known violations of its policies, licenses, or intellectual property rights and will provide reasonable support for such information at EDULEARN's request and expense to prevent or prosecute such violations. User agrees that they will keep their account information secure and private and will not share it or the tutoring service with a third party. User agrees that EDULEARN has reserved all of its rights and shall not make any claims against EDULEARN with respect to its assets and rights including those as expressed herein.
Return Policy:
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time without obligations. Within your first 30 days of membership, you may cancel for a full refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed into your account.
After 30-days of membership, the monthly payments once processed are non-refundable. So please keep note when canceling to do it before the scheduled monthly payment date.
Exceptions: If your purchase price ends with a 0 (such as $370), you may cancel your subscription within 48 hours for a full refund.

Affiliates:
Affiliate agrees that EDULEARN has not made any claims or promises about how much income they will or can earn. All such discussions should be considered as pure speculation.
Affiliate commission payments for purchases that are subsequently refunded will be deducted from future commission payment obligations.
Affiliates are considered as independent contractors and not EDULEARN employees or their partner. The commission structure may be changed with a 45 day written notice. Affiliates may provide referrals that generate a one-time or a monthly commission from recurring user payment based upon their commission level.
EDULEARN or its Affiliate may end their business relationship with a 45-day notice sent by email or verified communication with or without cause. Any affiliate found to be conducting business in a way that harms EDULEARN'S reputation or its customers may have their account suspended and will be provided 15-days to rectify the situation if it cannot be addressed immediately.
EDULEARN may discontinue its Affiliate program at any time with a 45-day written notice or sooner if required by law. In such a case, commissions on recurring monthly subscriptions may be discontinued after a 90-day grace period or sooner if required by law.
In the event of a disagreement, affiliates agree to settle through a certified arbitration organization selected by EDULEARN within its jurisdiction. Claims may not exceed any amounts considered owned by EDULEARN with an interest rate not to exceed 20%. All communications between EDULEARN and the Affiliate are confidential and may not be disclosed with a 3rd party. No public claims may be made about working with EDULEARN without EDULEARN's signed written consent. EDULEARN reserves the right to update this agreement from time to time at its discretion.
Products and Service:
EDULEARN makes no claims either expressed or implied with respect to its product or services provided on this site. User agrees that education is a personal endeavor in which the student bears full responsibility for their use of the tutoring resource and not EDULEARN and that the learning outcome may vary per student. User agrees to make reasonable effort to study the course and will not use the course outside of its intended purpose of training a single student per license terms.
You (user) agree that neither EDULEARN nor its employees, suppliers, partners, or associates may be held accountable for any harm resulting from your use of this website in providing the services described herein. EDULEARN at its discretion may change, update, or modify its services at any time without liability whether paid or free. Usage of this website, its services, or contents constitute agreements to these terms and conditions.
